Located in San Ramón de Alajuela, Costa Rica, Clásica San Ramón represents a real estate offering rooted in tradition, stability, and long-term value. The original identity lacked cohesion and presence—relying on generic visual elements that failed to communicate distinction or premium positioning. Ulysses Creative Studio approached the project as a complete visual reset, refining the brand into a system defined by elegance, structure, and timeless appeal.

The previous logo followed a conventional approach—visually inconsistent, with limited hierarchy and no clear conceptual foundation. While functional, it lacked the authority and character required to compete in a higher-end market.
The redesign introduces a disciplined, minimal system that elevates perception through clarity and control. The shift moves the brand from generic to intentional—where every element serves a purpose.

The new mark is constructed with balance and restraint, emphasizing symmetry and proportion. Moving away from decorative or fragmented elements, the redesign focuses on a clean, refined form that reflects permanence and trust.
The structure feels grounded and architectural—aligned with the idea of legacy and long-term investment—while subtle detailing adds distinction without excess. The result is a mark that feels established, confident, and inherently timeless.

The transformation of Clásica San Ramón was driven by reduction and precision. By removing visual noise and focusing on proportion, typography, and restraint, Ulysses Creative Studio repositioned the brand into a more elevated, timeless space. The result is an identity that communicates trust, heritage, and quiet luxury—aligned with the true value of the development.
